Yes! Our recommended metal treatments and court materials are chosen based on your location and are determined during the Desktop Study phase. Options for corrosion resistance include: Sendzimir zinc treated steel for indoor courts—never bare steel; Epoxy primer coating on Sendzimir zinc treated steel; Hot dip galvanized steel (note: our Sendzimir zinc treatment is a form of galvanizing, with hot dip being the highest level); and Aluminium—featuring exceptional corrosion resistance with a patented extruded profile designed specifically for padel courts.

We evaluate your location during a Desktop Study to assess prevailing wind conditions. Our experience includes installing courts in the Caribbean that withstand wind speeds up to 278 km/hour. Options for ensuring a robust court that can withstand nature's challenges include: Larger base plates for added stability; 1m reinforcements to standard pillars; Reinforced angle brackets for glass fixings; Upgraded steel profiles to 3mm thickness; and Upgrading to 12mm glass thickness for improved wind resistance.

Our courts are designed with both players and operators in mind, using high-quality materials to offer excellent value. Unique features that distinguish our courts include: Folded mesh panels to eliminate sharp edges, ensuring player safety and consistent bounce across mesh and glass panel junctions; Laser-cut footplates on all pillar bases to allow moisture drainage and prevent corrosion within the pillar structure; and No onsite welding required during installation to avoid localized corrosion issues associated with welded joints.

The appropriate glass thickness depends on the court design. Structurally, our posted courts are designed for 10mm glass thickness, which we generally recommend to balance cost and performance. Our design supports glass panels in two planes (left and right), allowing flexibility to absorb impacts during play. Courts using four-plane support (left, right, top, bottom) may require 12mm glass for less flexibility. Panoramic courts are designed for 12mm glass with support in two planes (top and bottom), spaced further apart for structural reasons. Some venues may prefer 12mm glass due to subtle differences in ball reaction, noticeable primarily to elite players. We can accommodate 12mm glass on our posted courts upon request.

We use large boards to cover the lawn and protect your garden during work to prevent any unnecessary damage. Additionally any mess on the floor surfaces will be swept/washed clean.

We use equipment to locate all service inlets before starting.

We take every precaution to minimise noise. We adhere to legal requirements and do not operate loud machinery before 8 am.

Yes, we coordinate with your neighbours to avoid blocking access and ensure minimal disruption. Our materials are delivered daily to keep our workspace organised. We prioritise consideration for everyone around us, with a director overseeing all works.

No, you don’t need to be there. The site director oversees the job daily and ensures everything runs smoothly until the day ends.

We segregate all waste, which is then removed from the site responsibly. We never fly-tip as we value environmental sustainability.

If only that were the case! Regardless of rain, wind, snow, or sunshine, our team remains dedicated to their tasks. Certain jobs do require specific weather conditions, but we'll discuss this with you during our initial meeting to plan weather-dependent work accordingly.
