Pulse Padel (Huntingdon)

Overview

We were appointed to carry out the groundworks for a new three-court padel development in Huntingdon for Pulse Padel, featuring Faveretti padel courts. The project was fairly straightforward overall, but the site required a significant amount of excavation and preparation before construction could begin.

Approximately 750 tonnes of spoil and unsuitable groundwere excavated and removed from site to bring the area to the requiredlevels and create a suitable formation for the new padel courts. Once theexcavation was complete, the site was carefully prepared and levelled ready forthe next stages of the development.

As part of the structural works, we installed threereinforced concrete ring beams, specifically designed to provide the strong andstable foundations required to support the three Faveretti padel courts.

We also installed a perimeter fence around the fullsite, including a main access gate, providing a secure boundary around thenew padel facility.

Alongside the main groundworks, we carried out thenecessary foul drainage installation and connection for the cabin,as well as installing the required water and electrical ducting toprovide the infrastructure needed for the site's facilities.

The project involved a combination of large-scaleearthworks, ground preparation, reinforced concrete foundations, fencing, drainage and service installation, all completed to provide a solid and fullyprepared site for the new three-court padel facility.

It was a pleasure working with PulsePadel throughout the project, and we are proud to have played our part indelivering another successful padel development.
