We were appointed to deliver a new padel court installation at Lacey Green, creating a high-quality facility designed to complement the club's existing sports amenities.

The project required careful ground preparation, including a cut-and-fill operation to create the correct levels for the new court while making the most of the available space. Once the site had been accurately graded, we installed a reinforced concrete ring beam foundation to provide a strong and durable base for the new Portico Club Court.

To enhance accessibility and the overall appearance of the facility, we constructed a perimeter pathway using high-quality concrete paving slabs, providing safe and convenient access around the entire court.

As the padel court is located adjacent to an active cricket pitch, additional protection was required to safeguard the court glazing. To achieve this, we installed 3-metre-high chain-link perimeter fencing, helping to protect the glass panels from cricket balls while maintaining excellent visibility and preserving the open feel of the facility.

The completed project provides Lacey Green with a modern, durable padel court that integrates seamlessly into the club's existing grounds. Through careful planning, precise groundworks and attention to detail, we delivered a facility that is both practical and built to the highest standard.
