Game4Padel - Southall

We were appointed by Game4Padel to install three mobilepadel courts at their Southall site, transforming a former car park into amodern, high-quality playing facility.

The project presented a number of engineering challenges. Asthe site had previously been used as a car park, the ground levels varied byapproximately 400mm across the area. To create a stable and level base for thecourts, we carried out extensive levelling works and installed retainingstructures where required.

Due to the presence of live underground services,traditional reinforced concrete ring beams could not be installed. Our teamdesigned and implemented an alternative foundation solution that allowed thecourts to be installed safely while protecting the existing infrastructure.

To future-proof the facility, we also installed thefoundations for a canopy during the initial phase of the project. Approximatelyone year later, we returned to the site to carefully expose the canopyfoundation pads and prepare them for the erection of the canopy, allowing theclient to expand the facility with minimal disruption.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliverhigh-quality padel court installations on complex sites, overcoming challengingground conditions and adapting our construction methods to suit the specificrequirements of each project
