Edgbaston Priory Club

We were proud to deliver the construction of three new padelcourt foundations at the prestigious Edgbaston Priory Club, supporting theclub's continued investment in world-class racquet sports facilities.

The project involved converting existing tennis courts intoa modern three-court padel facility. To accommodate the new layout, theexisting court area was carefully extended, allowing the courts to bepositioned while maintaining the club's high standards of accessibility andappearance.

Our team carried out the complete groundworks package,installing reinforced concrete ring beam foundations before building up theinternal court areas with engineered stone to achieve the required levels. Thecourts were then finished with a precision-laid tarmac surface, creating adurable and accurate base ready for the installation of the padel courts.

To enhance the overall facility, we also constructed newtarmac pathways between the courts, improving access for players and creating aclean, modern finish that complements the surrounding club environment.

Working within a busy and well-established sports clubrequired careful planning and coordination to ensure disruption to members waskept to a minimum throughout the construction process. Through closecollaboration with the client and project team, the works were completedsafely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

The completed development has provided Edgbaston Priory Clubwith three outstanding padel courts that integrate seamlessly with the existingfacilities, helping to meet the growing demand for padel while enhancing theclub's reputation as one of the UK's leading racquet sports venues.
