Overview
We were appointed to undertake the groundworks and surface preparation for the installation of a new padel court at Crescent Tennis Club, constructed over an existing tennis court.
Our works included the installation of a reinforced concretering beam, providing a strong and stable perimeter foundation for the new padelcourt structure. We then carried out detailed preparation and regulation of theexisting court, using new stone to bring the surface up to the required levels.The existing court levels varied by approximately 200mm, so the stone wascarefully placed and regulated to achieve the correct formation for the newsurface.
Following the ground preparation, we installed two newlayers of asphalt, creating a smooth, durable and accurately level finishedsurface ready to accommodate the new padel court.
The completed works provided Sidcup Tennis Club with ahigh-quality, robust and precisely level base, professionally prepared for theinstallation of the new padel court. The project was completed to a highstandard, delivering a durable foundation and finished playing surface designedto provide long-term performance.
