The Tournament+ brings together the structural performance of a hurricane-resistant court with the open, contemporary appearance of a panoramic padel court. Developed for outdoor facilities in regions exposed to hurricanes, severe storms and extreme wind conditions, it provides exceptional stability without compromising its visual appeal.

A unique system of eight removable steel braces allows the court to be reinforced quickly when severe weather is expected. The braces can be fitted or removed as required, allowing a standard panoramic court to be transformed into a highly reinforced, hurricane-ready structure within minutes.

With wind resistance of up to 273.6 km/h, the Tournament+ offers an exceptional combination of safety, durability and premium design for clubs, resorts and other outdoor facilities.

Tournament+ structural engineering

The Tournament+ Padel Court is constructed from galvanised S275JR steel profiles, providing excellent resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The side and upper frames feature welded mesh manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 10223-4, supported by intermediate reinforcement to improve rigidity and control vibration.

At the core of the system are eight removable steel braces, providing additional structural reinforcement when required. This adaptable system allows the court to respond to changing weather conditions while maintaining long-term structural performance. Galvanised self-locking bolts and nuts provide secure connections and support efficient assembly.

12 mm tempered safety glass for extreme conditions

The Tournament+ is fitted with 12 mm tempered safety glass, manufactured in Spain and supplied with CE marking. The glazing system combines excellent visibility with the strength and durability required for demanding outdoor environments.

Polished glass edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings provide secure installation, impact resistance and structural stability. The glass is engineered for long-term performance and designed to comply with relevant European standards for professional padel facilities, providing a premium experience for both players and spectators.

Powder-coated finishes for customised structures

Customise your court with a wide range of RAL colours in single-colour or two-tone schemes, using durable protective finishes:

  • INDOOR: thermosetting powder coating
  • OUTDOOR: zinc-rich primer plus anti-corrosion thermosetting powder coating
  • HOT-DIP GALVANISED: zinc bath plus powder coating, ideal for coastal or marine environments

Turf Options

We supply the latest-generation artificial turf from trusted European manufacturers to ensure professional playing performance. Our turf features low-abrasion, textured polyethylene fibres with UV treatment, providing high resistance to heat and changing weather conditions. Washed and dried silica-sand infill, at 10–15 kg/m², ensures optimal ball bounce, while a range of colours and fibre types allows the surface to be tailored to suit each project.
