Single Court structural excellence

The Single Padel Court features a compact yet robust frame manufactured from galvanised S275JR steel, providing excellent protection against abrasion and corrosion. The side and upper frames incorporate welded mesh manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 10223-4, with intermediate reinforcement helping to improve rigidity and minimise vibration during play.

Galvanised self-locking fixings provide secure connections while allowing for efficient assembly. At Onpoint Sport Surfaces, every court structure is produced using advanced manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality, precision and long-term structural performance.

High-performance safety glass for singles play

Every Single Padel Court is equipped with 10 mm or 12 mm tempered safety glass, manufactured in Spain and supplied with CE marking. Polished edges, neoprene joints and secure galvanised fixings provide excellent stability, visibility and safety throughout the court.

Engineered for high impact resistance and long-term durability, the glazing is designed to meet relevant European standards for professional padel facilities, providing a reliable playing environment for both training and competitive use.

Custom powder-coated finishes

The Single Padel Court from Onpoint Sport Surfaces can be customised with an extensive range of RAL colours, including single-colour and two-tone combinations. Durable coating systems provide both a distinctive appearance and protection suited to the installation environment.

  • INDOOR: Thermosetting powder coating for a durable, uniform finish.
  • OUTDOOR: Zinc-rich primer combined with anti-corrosion thermosetting powder coating for enhanced protection against weather exposure.
  • HOT-DIP GALVANISED: Zinc-bath treatment combined with powder coating, providing additional protection for coastal and marine environments.
  • With the right combination of colours and finishes, even a compact singles court can become a distinctive feature within its surroundings.
