Panoramic+ structural engineering

Section 2 Text: The Panoramic+ Padel Court uses reinforced galvanised S275JR steel to deliver enhanced resistance to both wind and corrosion. The side and upper sections incorporate welded mesh manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 10223-4, supported by intermediate reinforcement to improve rigidity and reduce vibration during play.

Galvanised self-locking bolts and nuts provide strong, secure connections while supporting efficient assembly. At Onpoint Sport Surfaces, each court structure is manufactured using advanced production processes to achieve consistent quality, precision and long-term reliability.

12 mm tempered safety glass

Every Panoramic+ Court is equipped with 12 mm tempered safety glass manufactured to meet the relevant safety requirements. Polished edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings provide secure installation, excellent visibility and dependable stability.

The glass offers high impact resistance, creating a safe and professional playing environment while maintaining the clear, uninterrupted views that define the Panoramic+ design. This ensures an impressive experience for both players and spectators.

Powder-coated finishes for customised structures

Create a distinctive finish with a wide selection of RAL colours in single-colour or two-tone schemes. Durable treatment options include:

  • INDOOR: electrogalvanising + powder coating
  • OUTDOOR: electrogalvanising + primer + powder coating
  • MARINE-GRADE OUTDOOR PROTECTION: electrogalvanising + special weld treatment + primer + powder coating
  • HOT-DIP GALVANISED: hot-dip galvanising (zinc bath) + primer + powder coating

Turf Options

We supply the latest-generation artificial turf from trusted European manufacturers to ensure professional playing performance. Our turf features low-abrasion, textured polyethylene fibres with UV treatment, providing high resistance to heat and changing weather conditions. Washed and dried silica-sand infill, at 10–15 kg/m², ensures optimal ball bounce, while a range of colours and fibre types allows the surface to be tailored to suit each project.
