ENQUIRE

Panoramic Court structural engineering

The Panoramic Padel Court is constructed using galvanised S275JR steel profiles, providing strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The structure is securely fixed to the ground, while the side and upper frames feature welded mesh manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 10223-4.

Intermediate reinforcement is incorporated to help minimise vibration during play, while galvanised self-locking bolts and nuts provide secure connections and support efficient installation.

At Onpoint Sport Surfaces, advanced manufacturing processes are used to maintain consistent quality and structural precision throughout the court system

Tempered safety glass

The Panoramic Court is available with 10 mm or 12 mm tempered safety glass, manufactured to meet the relevant safety requirements. Polished edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings provide secure installation while maintaining excellent visibility throughout the court.

The combination of high impact resistance and exceptional glass flatness creates a clear, premium environment for both players and spectators, while the expansive glazing gives the Panoramic Court its distinctive open appearance.
