Flexible installation without permanent ground anchoring

The Mobile Padel Court system is designed for both temporary and permanent applications, allowing a court to be installed, used and relocated as requirements change. It is particularly useful for tournaments, events, commercial hire operations and sites with installation restrictions, providing greater flexibility without sacrificing playing performance.

At the heart of the system is a patented counterweight-box design, which provides the stability required without fixing the court directly into the ground. This allows the court to be repositioned while helping to protect the surface underneath from permanent damage.

Unlike conventional mobile solutions, the system is engineered to deliver the structural rigidity, wind resistance and playing performance associated with a fixed club court, supported by a 10-year structural warranty.

Mobile Court structural engineering

The Mobile Padel Court uses galvanised S275JR steel, providing strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion while maintaining the structural performance required for regular use. The framework incorporates welded mesh manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 10223-4, together with an integrated anti-vibration system to improve stability during play.

Galvanised self-locking safety bolts and nuts provide secure connections while allowing the court to be assembled efficiently. At Onpoint Sport Surfaces, advanced manufacturing processes are used throughout production to ensure consistent quality, structural precision and long-term reliability.

High-quality safety glass for Mobile Padel Courts

Every Mobile Padel Court is fitted with 10 mm or 12 mm tempered safety glass, manufactured in Spain and supplied with CE marking. The glazing system combines safety, durability and clear visibility through a range of carefully selected components.

Polished glass edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings provide secure installation and excellent impact resistance, while the complete system is designed to meet relevant European safety standards. The result is a professional-quality playing environment that retains the visual and performance characteristics expected from a fixed padel court.

Powder-coated finishes for customised structures

Customise your court with durable finishes in your preferred RAL colour. Available options include:

  • INDOOR: thermosetting powder coating
  • OUTDOOR: zinc-rich primer plus anti-corrosion thermosetting powder coating
  • HOT-DIP GALVANISED: zinc bath plus powder coating, ideal for coastal or marine environments

Turf Options

We supply the latest-generation artificial turf from trusted European manufacturers to ensure professional playing performance. Our turf features low-abrasion, textured polyethylene fibres with UV treatment, providing high resistance to heat and changing weather conditions. Washed and dried silica-sand infill, at 10–15 kg/m², ensures optimal ball bounce, while a range of colours and fibre types allows the surface to be tailored to suit each project.
