Building on the established design of the Club Court, the Club+ combines the same refined appearance with additional structural reinforcement for locations where greater protection is required. It is particularly suited to exposed sites, coastal environments and facilities subject to severe weather conditions.

Its reinforced frame is designed to provide dependable long-term performance while keeping maintenance requirements low. With extensive customisation options available, the Club+ can be adapted to complement different venues, surroundings and branding requirements, providing a durable and versatile solution for clubs and commercial facilities.

Reinforced Club+ structural design

Constructed from galvanised S275JR steel, the Club+ Padel Court is engineered to provide excellent resistance to both high winds and corrosion. Its side and upper frames feature welded mesh manufactured to UNE-EN 10223-4, with additional intermediate reinforcement helping to improve stability and control vibration during play.

Precision-engineered anchor plates and galvanised self-locking fixings provide strong, secure connections while allowing for efficient installation. At Onpoint Sport Surfaces, advanced manufacturing techniques are used throughout production to ensure consistent structural quality and reliable performance.

Premium tempered safety glass

The Club+ Padel Court from Onpoint Sport Surfaces is fitted with 10 mm tempered safety glass, manufactured in Spain and supplied with CE marking. Designed to provide excellent clarity alongside high impact resistance, the panels feature polished edges, neoprene joints and galvanised fixings.

Together, these components provide a durable, professional playing environment while supporting compliance with applicable European safety standards.

Powder-coated finishes for customised structures

Protect and customise your court with durable powder-coated finishes available in a wide range of RAL colours. Available options include:

  • INDOOR: thermosetting powder coating
  • OUTDOOR: zinc-rich primer plus anti-corrosion powder coating
  • HOT-DIP GALVANISED: zinc bath plus powder coating, ideal for marine or high-humidity environments
  • Single-colour or two-tone schemes to match your project

Turf Options

We supply the latest-generation artificial turf from trusted European manufacturers to ensure professional playing performance. Our turf features low-abrasion, textured polyethylene fibres with UV treatment, providing high resistance to heat and changing weather conditions. Washed and dried silica-sand infill, at 10–15 kg/m², ensures optimal ball bounce, while a range of colours and fibre types allows the surface to be tailored to suit each project.
