Consistent performance across different environments

Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the ACE padel court from Onpoint Sport Surfaces delivers strong structural integrity alongside excellent corrosion resistance, helping it perform reliably across a wide range of climates and conditions. Whether installed as part of a permanent club, used for an event or deployed as a temporary court, it is built to provide dependable performance throughout the year.

Its space-efficient construction allows up to twice as many courts to be transported in a single container compared with conventional designs. This helps reduce shipping requirements and overall logistics costs, making the ACE an efficient and cost-effective padel court solution for clubs and operators.

ENQUIRE

Efficient engineering without compromising strength

Developed by Onpoint Sport Surfaces, the ACE padel court uses a lightweight structural system manufactured from hot-dip galvanised S275JR steel, combining reduced weight with excellent durability. Reinforced anchor plates provide secure ground fixing, while the side and upper frames incorporate welded mesh manufactured in accordance with UNE-EN 10223-4. Intermediate reinforcement is also incorporated to help minimise movement and vibration during play.

At Onpoint Sport Surfaces, every structure is manufactured using advanced production processes designed to deliver consistent quality, structural integrity and long-term reliability.
