Private Residential Project

This project was completed for a private client who wanted to create a dedicated sports area at their property, including one padel court and one basketball court.

With other contractors already working on site, the project was well coordinated and allowed us to focus on delivering the specialist groundworks required for the sports facilities. Our team installed the reinforced concrete ring beam foundations for the padel court and prepared the area with a high-quality tarmac playing surface, providing a durable and level base ready for the court installation.

Alongside the padel court works, we also prepared the basketball court area and completed the required drainage works to ensure the surfaces would perform effectively all year round.

The project was a great example of how we can work alongside existing construction teams and adapt our approach to suit the requirements of private developments. The finished result provides the client with a fantastic outdoor sports facility designed for family, friends and private use.
