Just Padel Bolton

We were appointed by Just Padel Bolton to prepare an existing factory floor for the installation of eight panoramic Portico padel courts, transforming an industrial building into a premium indoor padel facility.

Although the building provided an ideal location, the existing concrete floor required extensive preparation before it was suitable for a precision sports installation. The slab contained numerous high spots, low spots and cracks, all of which had to be rectified to achieve the strict tolerances required for professional padel courts.

Our team spent over two weeks carefully surveying and preparing the floor. The works included grinding down high spots, repairing and filling cracks, and levelling the surface to create a smooth, stable and accurate base ready for the court installation. Every stage of the process was carried out with precision, ensuring the finished floor met the exact standards required for eight panoramic Portico courts.

Once the preparation works were complete, the site was ready for the installation of the courts, creating a fantastic indoor venue that allows year-round play regardless of the weather.
