This project involved the installation of two padel court foundations at a challenging coastal site in Cornwall. Due to the restricted access and limited working space available, careful planning and precise execution were required throughout the build.

The site also presented additional challenges, with large existing retaining concrete walls requiring us to carefully manage the levels and prepare the area to accommodate the new padel courts while maintaining the integrity of the surrounding structures.

Our team successfully completed the required groundworks and installed the reinforced concrete ring beam foundations, creating a strong and accurate base ready for the padel court installation.

As part of the project, we also installed the foundations for a future canopy structure. These were carefully positioned and constructed during the initial works, allowing the canopy installation to be completed later in the year without further disruption to the finished courts.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality padel court foundations in challenging environments, overcoming access restrictions, complex ground conditions and level changes to create a solution that works for both the client and the site.
